We advised as to the implications of leaving their former offices and acquired a new leasehold interest on their behalf. We liaised with their solicitors until completion and negotiated lease terms which included rent free periods and tenants only break clauses.

After marketing the property we received interest from a number of national retailers. Subway were granted a new lease on the property while we simultaneously surrendered the existing lease and our client was able to walk away with no further obligations
